Who you're dealing with
I'm Michael. I've been riding and racing motorcycles for more than 30 years, and through My Roady Guy I inspect cars, bikes, trucks, trailers and caravans every week.
That means I see what fails, what it costs and where owners get caught out. My Motorsports Guy puts that experience on your side, with no sale or repair job riding on the answer.
What we don't do
- Repair your vehicle. You stay in control of who does the work.
- Buy or sell vehicles for you.
- Take kickbacks from workshops.
- Certify modifications. We'll point you to a TMR Approved Person.

Do you work on cars as well as motorcycles?
Yes. Cars, motorcycles and light commercials, road or track.
Where are you based?
Ipswich, QLD. In-person consults across South East Queensland, phone and video consults anywhere in the state.
Will you deal with the workshop for me?
No. You deal with the repairer, and we make sure you know exactly what to ask and what to expect. That keeps our advice independent.
How is this different from a pre-purchase inspection?
An inspection tells you the condition of one vehicle. A consult helps you choose the right vehicle, price and plan. Book both with the Buy Right + inspection bundle.
Can you help with a dispute?
We can help you understand your consumer rights in general and get your facts and paperwork in order. Formal disputes go to the Office of Fair Trading, QCAT or a lawyer.
